Hello I’m Neha,
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, whether it’s your first time considering therapy or something you’ve done before. The fact that you’re here already matters.

My hope is to make that step feel a little easier by offering a safe, respectful, and confidential space where you can simply be yourself. I’ll walk alongside you as we gently explore what’s coming up for you at a pace that feels comfortable. There’s space here for whatever you’re carrying, your thoughts and emotions, and you’re always in control of what you choose to share.

In my clinical practice, I support children, young people, and families navigating a range of life experiences, including the impacts of trauma, sexual assault, and family violence, anxiety, stress, and life transitions. Together, we focus on strengthening resilience and self-worth, enhancing emotional awareness, and discovering healthier ways to regulate overwhelming emotions and cope with life’s challenges.

My approach is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and deep respect for your lived experience. I work from a person-centred perspective, meaning you are at the centre of our work. I believe you understand your story best, and my role is to listen without judgment, support you in making sense of your experiences, and explore what feels most helpful for you at this time. I also place strong value on building a trusting therapeutic relationship, as it is key to meaningful outcomes in therapy.

I practice in a neuro-affirming and inclusive way, recognising that each individual’s context and experiences shape how they move through life.

Support is here whenever you’re ready.
