Hi
I’m Rhea

I am deeply committed to creating therapeutic spaces where people feel genuinely safe, seen, and heard. I believe healing begins with connection. In my practice, I integrate both clinical expertise and lived experience, allowing me to meet each person with authenticity, empathy, and respect. Every individual carries a unique story, a set of strengths, and a capacity for growth. My role is to walk alongside them as they rediscover their resilience and reclaim their confidence and inner strength.

My journey into this work is not only academic or professional, it is also deeply personal.

My understanding of resilience and vulnerability is not only clinical – it is grounded in lived experience. Growing up, I moved through environments that were not always easy, which allowed me to understand, in a very real way, the importance of safety, connection, and support. Those experiences shaped my belief that feeling truly supported can be life-changing and that the right support, at the right time, can shift someone’s path in profound ways.

That understanding became the foundation for Let It Flow.

I wanted to build a space where people could come exactly as they are — without pressure, labels, or expectations — and feel genuinely supported as they make sense of their lives. A space where healing isn’t rushed and where people are met with compassion, honesty, and care.

Over the past nine years, I have studied, researched, and worked across Asia, Australia, and Europe. During this time, I have had the privilege of supporting children, adults, and older adults from diverse cultural backgrounds to navigate anxiety, trauma, and complex life experiences, building confidence, understanding their emotional patterns, developing healthier boundaries, and reconnecting with their inner strength and sense of direction.

I have worked across hospitals, psychiatric settings, schools, family violence services, and the disability sector in both governmental and private organisations. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how different systems, cultural contexts, and life circumstances impact well-being and have strengthened my ability to meet each person with empathy, practical support, and respect for their unique journey.
